If AI feels risky, start here.

Many leaders hesitate on AI because it feels like a technology decision.

But the real starting point is somewhere else.

We’ll be sharing one question every other day. Each answer is intentionally concise: one thought that compounds into smarter AI leadership.

Today’s Question:
If a CEO is risk-averse about AI, where should they begin?

Surprisingly, not with AI.

Start with your business. Break your operations into stages and ask:

  • Where are we slow?

  • Where do decisions stall?

  • Where does work get repeated?

Once you understand the workflow, AI becomes easier to apply. Not everywhere. But surgically, where it changes outcomes.

That shift turns AI from a science experiment into a business capability.
